MCH is excited to let you know that the Indiana Youth Advisory Board (IYAB) is now accepting applications! Over the last two years, our current board members have done amazing work, and we're looking forward to expanding the team.
IYAB offers young people an opportunity to learn about public health issues and come up with ideas and projects to improve the health and well-being of other young people in Indiana. Members of IYAB meet virtually with their peers for at least five hours each month to work on collaborative, creative, youth-driven initiatives related to mental health, public health, and their interests.
Positions on the board are paid, and an application is required. We would be grateful if you could share the application with your community partners and any young people you think would be a good fit. Youth can apply via the link provided below or by using the QR code included in the attached flyer. The application deadline is April 19, 2024.
