Munster's Annual Independence Day Parade & Fireworks will be Sunday, July 3rd

PARADE: The parade will begin at 2:00pm and will run north on Calumet Avenue from Fisher Street to Ridge Road, then east on Ridge Road to the Town Hall where floats will be judged. The parade is sponsored by the Munster Lions Club.

FIREWORKS SHOW: Gates open to Centennial Park at 6:00pm. Parking spaces will be limited inside the park. For additional parking information and viewing areas (map), visit the Town of Munster website at www.munster.org.

The band “Together” will be performing from 7:30pm-9:30pm and 10:00pm-11:00pm. Various food vendors will be on site and a beer garden will be open for the purchase of adult beverages. You must be 21 and over to purchase alcohol.

The fireworks show, sponsored by the Munster Civics Foundation, will start at 9:30pm that evening.

Please note that NO outside alcohol, fireworks, or grills are permitted at Centennial Park and all bags are subject to search by the Munster Police Department.
