Tomfoolery Productions, LLC proudly presents an evening of alternative rock with a splash of comedy mixed in! Please join us at the iconic Hoosier Theatre in Whiting, IN on August 26th (8:00 PM) for Hoosier Palooza!!
Headlining the evening will be Flamingo Haze, the alt-rock, indie electronic band! Flamingo Haze is influenced by the Beatles, Tame Impala, M83, Dave Grohl, and others. It’s an evening of original music which can be described as “an honest expression of synth pop wave with alt rock inspirations”!
Also on the lineup card is Cxpital, a 3-piece Indie/Alternative Rock band from the region of Northwest Indiana, USA. The band is composed of Region natives, drummer Benji Grimler, and lead guitarist Tyler Maximoff; while accompanied by vocalist and rhythm guitarist/bassist Lucie Ashmore, originally from Greystones, Ireland. Influences range from old-school Coldplay to the current indie sounds of Paramore, with everything from The Maine, The Aces, Pvris and The Strokes also thrown into the mix.
It wouldn’t be a Fun Club event without a little comedy splashed in! Bringing the laughs will be nationally touring comedian Mike Stricker!
