
Three days after signing his first professional contract, Chicago Fire FC Homegrown defender and South Loop native Justin Reynolds joined the Urban Football League’s pick-up soccer event at Kenwood Park on Sunday afternoon.
Founded by Maxwell Murray, the Urban Football League is an undeniably Black organization that provides free local pick-up soccer games, youth sessions, events, and storytelling with the aim to grow the sport of soccer within Black and Brown communities. The Fire will return to league play on Wednesday, May 18 against the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. CT, the match will be broadcast live on WGN-TV and CF97 Live and transmitted locally in Spanish on TUDN 1200 AM.
