Winter and cold weather grow nearer with each passing day and the Energy Assistance Program can help you pay your heat and electric bills!
EAP is a federally-funded program through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services called the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
You will note that the Indiana LIHEAP is now accepting applications online at its website. Specifics about income guidelines and other qualifications are available here.
