“Grease” is the word at the Skokie Theatre
If you want an enjoyable night out and get past your memories of John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John in the movie ‘Grease”, then the comfortable and pleasant Skokie Theatre’s “Grease” will not disappoint. Chloe Hayes who plays Sandy Dumbrowski, delivers with her talented heart felt vocals. Seth Riley is cast as Danny Zuko. The rest of the supporting cast all carry their parts well with Daly-Short as Marty, Julian Aragon the perfect pig-tail Jan and Villasenor as Roger.
If you have seen the movie “Grease”, Skokie’s presentation should reflame memories of the fifties. If not, “Grease” will create new memories with tunes such as “Summer Nights’, Look at Me I’m Sandra Dee”, and Beauty School Dropout”, that you will not soon forget. I recommend you don’t miss this chance to relive the fifties with song and laughter. It makes for an enjoyable and terrifically memorable night.
“Grease” is produced by Wendy Kaplin with associate producer, Wayne Mell. It is directed and choreographed by Terry Perry with music direction by Jeremy Ramey. Please check their website for days and times playing at the Skokie Theater.
