WHITING, Ind. – On Tuesday, Sept. 27, Governor Eric J. Holcomb ceremonially signed House Enrolled Act 1209 at the bp Whiting refinery. The governor was joined by the author of the bill, Rep. Ed Soliday, and members of the bp executive team to tout the bipartisan passing of HEA 1209.
