The COVID Monologues is a new video project that showcases stories from Chicago’s West Ridge neighborhood and beyond. West Ridge is a community on the city's far-north side that experienced one of the highest rates of COVID-19 transmission early on in the pandemic. This collection of monologues gives voice to the untold stories of the pandemic in its myriad manifestations.
Directed by Marie Tredway, this collection of monologues will premiere on Saturday, September 18. Join us at 2:00pm CDT to watch the video and discuss the plays. An encore presentation will occur on Monday, September 20 at 7:00pm CDT.
