FOOTLIGHT PLAYERS TO OFFER 2ND ANNUAL FINE ARTS SCHOLORSHIP.

The scholarship was named in honor of Mr. Komendera’s over 35 years of dedication to this fine community theater. 

To apply for the Scholarship, applicants may go online at www.footlightplayers.org to complete the application form or have one mailed to you by contacting Robert Komendera at (219)879-5840 OR William Wild at (219) 861-7034. If sending your application in by mail, please address the envelope to: Footlight Players, Scholarship Committee, PO Box 46, Michigan City, IN 46361-0046.

A committee will read all applications and select the recipient. The winner and 3 members of their family will be invited, free of charge to view a musical revue on Friday, June 25th where a check will be awarded to the winner.

All applicants must be a resident of LaPorte County and who has graduated from high school within the last 2 years and planning to further their study of any fine arts program. All applications must be received on or before May 1st,  to be eligible.
