After a year on lockdown, the Footlight Players is opening their doors to the public. They invite one and all to AN EVENING OF ONE ACTS at 7:30 on Friday May 21, and Saturday May 22 and a 2:00 matinee on Sunday May 23.
The one act shows include THE COTTAGE by Paula Evans, directed by Debbie Bartholomew, THE LAST DAYS OF DIGGER written and directed by Dan Schaff, WINGMAN by Dean Johanson, directed by Janice Rice and I’M HERBERT by Robert Anderson, directed by Bobby Komendera. Footlight Players is proud to produce shows by three of our local playwrights.
Cast members are Denise Barkow, Donavan Barrier, Gary Bartholomew. Kathy Chase, Linda Didelot, Bobby Komendera, Laura Meyer, Thom Nelson, Maggie Reister, Nora Ryska, Mary Williams, and Sandra Young.
The shows will be presented as readers theater involving simplistic costumes. The production will run approximately one hour with no intermission. This evening is offered free to the public with open seating, no reservations are needed.
The theater will be following all safety guidelines therefore masks are a requirement and seating may be limited, so come early to get a good seat. Mark your calendars for a complimentary evening of live entertainment.
