This Easter, Sable at Navy Pier is serving up something special for everyone, from hearty partiers to traditional diners. Offshore Rooftop, located adjacent to the luxury hotel, will host its first-ever, 21-plus Easter Bounce Brunch & Day Party, while Sable’s Latin-inspired Lirica restaurant presents a refined, but inspired, Easter brunch buffet, compliments of executive chef Ricky Amaya.
Offshore Easter Bounce Brunch & Day Party
This first-of-its-kind event is being billed as Chicago’s ultimate, 21-plus Easter party. Set against spectacular, unencumbered views of the city from multi-seasonal terraces, the event promises a hopping good time complete with high-energy tunes spun by a live DJ, for-purchase drinks and bites, seasonally-themed photobooth, and more. 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, April 20.

Lirica Easter Brunch Buffet
Chef Amaya is elevating Easter brunch with a colorful selection of holiday essentials, including fresh-made pastries and honey-baked ham, and some less-traditional touches, like assorted charcuterie, smoked salmon, and chilled shrimp. Diners can curate their plate with build-your-own waffles and French toast stacked to satisfaction, cage-free Amish scrambled eggs, bacon, pork and chicken sausage, spring salad, seasonal vegetables, fresh fruit, parfaits, and a selection of decadent desserts. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, April 20.
