Do you need to make time for self-care and rejuvenation? Women are invited to spend the weekend of December 7-8 at Dunes Learning Center for a rustic retreat.
Led by Cynthia Smith, a meditation and restorative yoga teacher, the weekend promises to help women reset, surrounded by the beautiful Indiana Dunes National Park. Activities include yoga, forest bathing, labyrinth walking, breathwork, and meditation.
“With all of the different activities planned, each woman is sure to find something that speaks to her,” says Dunes Learning Center Education Director Erin Crofton. “Beyond the times of reflection, there will also be a creative project and social time to connect with other women.”
“People need this experience,” said Cynthia Smith, the instructor. “Women give so much of themselves, especially during this time of year. Reconnecting with oneself is a powerful way to regain focus and look to the future.”
The retreat includes healthy vegetarian meals, accommodations, and all activities. For details and to register, please visit www.DunesLearningCenter.org/events.
