The Drama Group is excited to continue our 94th season with the delightful comedy SYLVIA directed by Terri Tinder; originally brought to the stage by A.R Gurney.                                                                                                                                        

Show times for SYLVIA are 7:30pm beginning Friday, June 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th and 14th ; Saturday matinee June 14th at 2:00pm and Sunday matinees at 2:00pm on June 8th and 15th.

SYNOPSIS – SYLVIA

A poignant love triangle between a man and his wife and his talking dog, Sylvia. This hilarious comedy challenges notions of love, loyalty, and companionship in unexpected ways with uproarious laughter and heartfelt insights.

The Drama Group is pleased to partner with South Suburban Humane Society [SSHS] as our community outreach program during the run of our next production SYLVIA, June 6-15. Donation boxes will be set up in the DG Studio lobby for actual donations and information to donate online. Creating a better world for pets and the people who love them, SSHS is celebrating more than 55 years as a 501c3 nonprofit organization operating an animal resource campus in Matteson, IL that takes in more than 4,000 pets annually, a Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic, a Low-Cost Veterinary Services Clinic, and a variety of far-reaching community services. The SSHS annually impacts 20,000 pets and the people who love them through these programs.

In-Kind Donations - SSHS relies heavily on donated goods to use in the shelter on a daily basis. Here are some items that you can donate:
