INDOT Consultant Services notified subscribers in April and May 2021 through this RFP Email Notifications subscription service of the new PSCS feature automating the Business Enterprise (BE) goal validation process for advertised RFP items during the Letter of Interest (LOI) submittal process. This enhancement resulted in changes to the INDOT PSCS Portal - LOI Submittal window.
As a reminder,
- If you are a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), please have the applicable NAICS codes for the applicable consultant prequalification worktype(s) your organization is approved for by INDOT Consultant Prequalification.
- If you are a lead firm selecting DBE firms as part of your team for an advertised RFP item, please work with the DBE firms and share with the DBE firms if their NAICS Code(s) do not align with the RFP item's prequalification worktype/service the DBE firm intends to provide services for on the advertised RFP item.
As a lead firm, if the DBE firm does not have the applicable NAICS code for the prequalified worktype, your firm will not receive the DBE credit.
If a DBE firm needs to update their NAICS code, the DBE firm must complete an amendment to their DBE/ACDBE application.
