
Davenport’s Piano Bar & Cabaret, Chicago’s premier location for enjoying music in an intimate setting, announces its roster of December performances in its Cabaret and Piano Bar. Davenport’s, 1383 North Milwaukee Ave., is open Thursdays 7 - 11 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 7 p.m. - 12 a.m. and Sundays from 6 - 11 p.m. Performers, tickets and more are available at DavenportsPianoBar.com.
Please note: All patrons must be 21 years old or older. Masks are suggested for all guests when not seated or drinking.

A two-part charitable event sharing that songs can make a difference - uplifting, comedic, seasonal or heartfelt. In the past years, Chicago Cabaret Professionals have donated to Teen Living and the Auditorium Theatre's Hearts to Art program, in 2022 the concerts will benefit Ukraine.

Cam Ezell is a Chicagoland native and has appeared on numerous stages including the Marriott Theatre, Drury Lane Theatre and Skokie Theatre where he last performed a solo cabaret benefit concert. He is currently studying at the University of Miami in Florida and is excited to return home for the holidays to make his Davenport's debut where he will sing some of his favorite holiday songs in the style of Michael Bublé, as well as some of Bublé's other timeless pieces including "Home" and "Heartache Tonight." This show is sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

Eric Burgett is blazing his own trail of standout country music with 88-keys and the truth, following in the footsteps of legends such as Charlie Rich, Ronnie Milsap, Jerry Lee Lewis and Phil Vassar. Join Davenport's in welcoming Nashville Recording Artist Eric Burgett on as he takes you down a "nowhere road" in his hometown of Latham, Illinois where he grew up on the family farm and an old upright piano at his parents’ tavern, The Korn Krib, was a launchpad for his dreams which led him to Nashville, Tennessee. Billboard says, “"Eric Burgett, one of the most unique talents you will find in Music City. His writing and performing definitely fit in with what is out there on the radio, but with his piano base, he definitely sets himself apart."

De-Lovely: An Evening of (mostly) Cole Porter

After garnering standing ovations in performances from Chicago to New York to Paris to the Cole Porter Festival, this showcase of the words and music of the inimitable Cole Porter returns to Davenport's for an encore performance especially tailored to celebrate New Year's Eve. David Edelfelt and Elizabeth Doyle take turns at the piano, playing for themselves and each other as their solos and duets bring to life the depth, comedy and genius of Cole's lyrics through many familiar tunes and a few lesser-known gems. Added to the mix will be a few holiday songs including originals from both artists. Joining them for the evening will be Andy Danckers on bass and Ed Koehler on percussion.
