Community Healthcare System has been recognized by Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), a leading provider of human resource, payroll and workforce management solutions, for innovative use of its Dimensions employee self-scheduling technology.
UKG honored Community Healthcare System with the 2022 Aspire Innovation Award. The award is part of a longstanding tradition that recognizes the achievements of organizations that go above and beyond to create meaningful and connected experiences for their employees.
“Community Healthcare System is using Dimensions (Kronos) employee self-scheduling, which allows workers to select their preferred shifts — leading to greater autonomy, satisfaction and overall employee engagement,” UKG said in a statement.

Community Healthcare System includes Community Hospital in Munster, St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago and Community Stroke & Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point.
