Join us as we celebrate Clear the Shelters, a nationwide pet adoption drive hosted by NBC/Telemundo. This promotion helps find loving homes for animals in need across the country.
More than 703,000 pets have found their forever homes since 2015, and we are proud to join the campaign again this year!
We will waive the fees on the majority of the animals in the building available for adoption that day.
A small medical fee will still apply ($50 for dogs and $40 for cats). Puppies under six months and kittens under four months of age will be excluded from the adoption special. Normal adoption screening practices still apply.
Adopters must bring a form of government-issued identification with them and meet the animal they want to adopt. We will be doing same-day (going home same-day) adoptions. Adopters must be at least 21 years old and/or head of household.
As long as an adopter gets in during the adoption event and submits an application, we will still honor the waived adoption fee if the animal cannot go home the same day (due to time constraints)
