Chicago Fire FC heads to the Queen City on Wednesday, Oct. 2, for their final road match of the season against Charlotte FC. With only two matches remaining in the regular season, Chicago will face one of Major League Soccer’s newest sides for just the sixth time in Club history. Wednesday’s match against Charlotte is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. CT.
Dating back to their first matchup in 2022, the Fire have recorded a 1-4-0 record against the North Carolina-based side. After winning their first encounter against Charlotte, Chicago looks for their first victory against The Crown since the 2022 season. Wednesday marks the second and final matchup between Chicago and Charlotte in 2024. The last time these two sides met, Charlotte defeated the Fire, 1-0, at Soldier Field on May 15.
Wednesday’s match at Bank of America Stadium will be broadcast globally on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and locally on WRTO 1200 AM (Spanish) and wlsam.com (English).
