Chesterton Art Center is pleased to announce that Hannah Hammond-Hagman will guide CAC as the new Executive Director after serving as Program Director since June. Hannah earned her Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BFA from Indiana University, Bloomington. She has worked for over eighteen years in arts and cultural non-profits as an educator and administrator, and brings her passion for the arts, arts education, and creative community to her new role.
Hannah has an extensive history with successful community outreach initiatives and innovative approaches to bridging the arts and community and brings many ideas in developing the future of the Chesterton Art Center. “We are thrilled to have Hannah lead us into the next phase of growth and service to our Duneland communities and beyond,” says Jane Delligatti, CAC Board Chair.
“I am both inspired and humbled to take on the position of Executive Director at CAC,” says Hannah. “The Center has a beautiful in-depth history with the Duneland community, and I look forward to continuing our traditions while building a new vision for CAC that expands on all we have to offer.”
