
Celebrate the Cinco de Mayo Symphony style as the Northwest Indiana Symphony and conductor Kirk Muspratt present “Mariachi,” with 2 performances, Thursday, May 4; and Friday, May 5 all at 7:30 pm at the Auditorium at Living Hope Church. The concert will also feature Mariachi Acero de Las Vegas.
“This is something I’ve wanted to program for years,” said Maestro Muspratt. “A Night of Latin music featuring Latin composers and a fabulous Mariachi group!”

Award winning Mariachi Acero de Las Vegas, founded by East Chicago’s own Erik Ramirez, will perform with the Symphony on songs like Mi País, La Bikina, El Jinete, Como Han Pasado Los Años, and Popurri Veracruzano. The Symphony will also perform pieces by Latin composers.
