Juried by a diverse team who are working and teaching artists, and whose experiences align directly with our educational mission: Betty Carr, Sarah Rehmer & Amy Palatnick + numerous awards totaling $4,500.
Exhibition: April 4 - June 5
The purpose of this long-standing exhibition is to promote the creation and recognition of original quality 2-dimensional works of art, as well as ceramic arts. The exhibition, in its 31st year, attracts entries from established and aspiring artists from Northwest Indiana, Chicago suburbs, Southwest Michigan, and beyond.
JURORS:
We have assembled a diverse team of jurors who will bring expertise to the selection process and ensure the highest standards and integrity. All jurors are working and teaching artists, and whose experiences align directly with our educational mission: Betty Carr, an upcoming Guest Artist and master painter in the American Impressionist Society; Sarah Rehmer, a previous Guest Artist and Chicago-based encaustic artist; and Amy Palatnick (Amy the Potter), a California-based potter and online instructor.
The entry process is entirely online with a deadline for submissions at midnight on February 26, 2025.
Entry Fee: $40 for 2 submissions.
Awards Reception April 11, 5-8pm CST.
Free to attend with light bites and refreshments + cash bar.
