Gary Feracota and the Sons of Chicago were rockin’ as they paid tribute to Bruce Springsteen and Bob Seger August 9th at Theatre at the Center. For close to three hours, Feracota belted out hit after hit - and a few fairly obscure titles – recorded by Springsteen and Seger.
The members of the band, all professional musicians, provided both musical and vocal back-up for Feracota. There were two guitar players, as well as bass, keyboard, piano, saxophone and drums. I wish I could tell you the band members’ names but I couldn’t find them anywhere.

Springsteen hits included Glory Days, Tenth Avenue Freeze, She’s the One, Fire, Pink Cadillac, Dancing in the Dark, Badlands, This Land Is Your Land and Born to Run. Seger hits: Fire Down Below, Roll Me Away, Turn the Page, Old Time Rock and Roll, Ramblin Gamblin and Katmandu.
