Mr. McMillan is the former CEO of Task Force Tips, a global manufacturer and distributor of fire fighting equipment and related products, sold to Madison Industries in 2017. He also founded the Multi Agency Academic Cooperative (MAAC) Foundation as a non-profit training campus for training Firefighters, Law Enforcement and EMS Personnel. Mr. McMillan was appointed by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb to the Ivy Tech State Board of Trustees.
