Join us for an unforgettable evening at the American Factory where literature meets cuisine. Executive Chef Amanda Salas, a recipient of multiple culinary awards, has created a special five-course dinner inspired by American literature. Each course will be paired with a literature-inspired hand-crafted cocktail.
