The Schaumburg Boomers have signed outfielder Jackson Hauge for his first season with the club, adding a right-handed bat with experience across multiple collegiate programs.
Hauge, 24, spent his collegiate career at Minnesota State University, Mankato, St. Cloud State, and most recently the University of Kansas. A native of Ramsey, Minnesota, he was a consistent run producer throughout his time at the college level, compiling a .313 career batting average with 68 home runs, 331 RBI, and a .965 OPS across five seasons.
In 2025 at Kansas, Hauge appeared in 59 games and hit .294 with 20 home runs and 70 RBI, posting a .984 OPS while facing Big 12 competition. He followed that season with professional experience at the Florence Y'alls, continuing to show an ability to drive in runs.
Primarily an outfielder, Hauge has seen time at all three outfield positions during his career and has also logged experience at first base, giving the Boomers added roster flexibility.
