A group of local Parke County, Indiana citizens identifying themselves as #Masketeers4Christ have generously donated personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Rockville Correctional Facility (RCF).

Frances Osburn is a veteran employee of the Indiana Department of Correction with over 35 years of experience. She began her career in 1985 as a Correctional Officer at the Indiana Youth Center, now referred to as Plainfield Correctional Facility. She quickly promoted through the ranks to Correctional Captain, Unit Team Manager and Deputy Warden.

When members of the striking United Steelworkers Local 7-1 were hurting, North Township Trustee Frank J. Mrvan was there to help. Not only did Mrvan walk the picket line in 2015, he provided essential assistance with food and utilities while partnering with small banks to utilize the federal program – The Hardest Hit Fund – to guarantee workers did not lose their homes.
