Tire Tracks is inspired by the real-world impact left by those working to shape a more sustainable future. This engaging evening will feature perspectives from soil and sustainability expert Barry Fisher, Anytime Spritz co-founder Taylor Lanzet, and Journeyman founder Bill Welter, who together will explore how soil health, regenerative farming, and responsible grain sourcing connect to the spirits and products we enjoy.
The conversation will bring together voices in farming, conservation, and craft production to highlight the deep ties between healthy land, sustainable practices, and the communities they support. From the ground to the glass, this discussion emphasizes how regenerative choices leave a lasting mark—just like the tire tracks that trace the path forward.
Guests are invited to enjoy a side-by-side tasting experience that pairs the discussion with the glass. Complimentary samples will feature Farmhouse Vodka from Anytime Spritz—crafted with regenerative organic grain—and Journeyman High Rye Bourbon, distilled from grain sourced in Putnam County, Indiana, aged over 7 years, and awarded Gold at the 2025 ASCOT Awards. Together, these pours showcase how farming practices and time-honored methods shape both flavor and sustainability in spirits.
Whether you’re a cultivator, educator, craft enthusiast, or simply curious about how the earth beneath us shapes our collective future, this program is designed to inspire and inform.
