The Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce the 2026 Rising Stars concert, featuring three young musicians in concert with the full Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra!
Stanger Competition finalists Francesca Gaus Ehning (oboe), Adrian Gonzalez (piano), and Ella Wimbiscus (cello) will perform on Saturday, May 16, at 3:00pm with the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Assistant Conductor Eli Chen.
This public performance is a unique opportunity to support the Rising Stars of the next generation.

What's Interesting
This concert is a competition for young musicians! The program features three high school musicians, each of whom is a finalist in the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra's 2026 annual Stanger Young Artist Competition.
Judges, embedded in the audience, will carefully listen to each performance before selecting and announcing the winner from the stage!
