On your mark…get set…go! Join Cubs Charities Saturday, September 14, for the 19th Annual Race to Wrigley 5K Charity Run which will take place both in person at Wrigley Field and virtually. Runners interested in participating can register online through Friday, September 13, at noon CT.
The registration fee for the in-person race is $39 and $30 for children ages 10 and under. The virtual option is $45 for both adults and children. Registration prices will increase to $45 on Friday, August 2, for in-person runners. All runners will receive a 2024 finisher's medal and an exclusive race shirt.
Information Regarding Running In-Person
On Saturday, September 14, at 8 a.m. CT, in-person runners will race through the Lakeview neighborhood before entering Wrigley Field to run on the warning track, crossing the finish line just steps away from the Wrigley Field Marquee. In-person runners will receive instant photos after they cross the finish line.
Information Regarding Running Virtually
For those not in the Chicago area on race day, runners have the option to run, jog or walk the 3.1 miles at their own pace and at the location of their choice.
Proceeds from the race will benefit Cubs Charities' mission to mobilize the power of sport to champion youth, families and communities. As a Marquee sponsor of the Race to Wrigley 5K Charity Run, proceeds from personal fundraising will be donated to children and adolescents in need of behavioral health care services at Advocate Children's Hospital.
