360 CHICAGO, the iconic observation deck on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan Ave, will put a new spin on downward dog with a special Puppy Yoga iteration of their weekly Sky Yoga class on Saturday, October 19 at 7:30 a.m. The Puppy Yoga class will benefit One Tail at a Time, a local rescue working to end pet homelessness by placing animals in loving homes and making pet ownership accessible for everyone. Following a forty-minute class, yogis can enjoy a playtime session with the adorable and adoptable puppies in attendance.

“One Tail at a Time is a wonderful organization, and we are grateful for their partnership and efforts in animal rescue. Tickets to the Puppy Yoga Class are available for $75 at https://360chicago.com/puppy-yoga. All proceeds from the event will be donated to One Tail at a Time. After class and puppy play time, guests are welcome to stay as long as they’d like to take in the views, enjoy either a complimentary mimosa or Kikwetu coffee, and speak with One Tail at a Time volunteers about the adoption process and other ways to support the organization. Doors open for the event at 7:15 a.m. Participants only need bring their own yoga mat.
Sky Yoga is held weekly at 360 CHICAGO on Saturdays normally at 7:45 a.m. Classes are led by experienced instructors and are perfect for visitors of all ages and skill levels.
If a guest is interested in adopting, they are welcome to fill out an adoption application in advance and can speak with an adoption counselor onsite to find out more information about the process.
