Happy National Women’s Health Week (NWHW)!  

From May 11–17, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office on Women’s Health (OWH) highlights key health issues and priorities that affect women and girls and encourages everyone to take charge of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

This year’s theme, “Prioritizing Women’s Health: Caring for Mind and Body,” emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to women’s health, empowering women and girls across all life stages to take charge of their well-being. It also encourages women to feel confident in their health journeys, recognizing that wellness extends beyond physical health and includes mental and emotional well-being.
