
Lirica Restaurant, distinguished Latin-inspired culinary destination nestled within the iconic Navy Pier, is set to present an exclusive wine dinner on Wednesday, April 23, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The intimate event takes place in Lirica’s elegant private dining room, offering guests breathtaking, panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. The evening promises a unique culinary experience, as Executive Chef Ricky Amaya curates a menu that showcases expertly crafted seasonal dishes paired with a selection of exceptional wines.
On Wednesday, April 23, Lirica welcomes DAOU Vineyards. The Paso Robles vineyard offers an extensive collection of stunning, fine wines, meticulously crafted under the eye of Chief Winemaker Daniel Daou. DAOU on the Dock will feature the DAOU Reserve Collection, showcasing the best varietal from AVAs across Paso Robles, including the DAOU Sauvignon Blanc, DAOU Rose, DAOU Cabernet and DAOU Bodyguard Red Blend.
While sipping on fine wines from DAOU’s extensive portfolio, guests will enjoy perfectly paired bites crafted by Lirica. The specialty menu includes a Smoked Salmon Roulade, including whipped cheese and dill, a seasonal Rainbow Panzanella, Aglio e Olio featuring 12-month extra virgin olive oil and purple glazer garlic, St. Clarita Ossobuco and finished with Chiffon Pie, a light & airy meringue-based pie with mascarpone.
