
Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab today unveiled a brand-new menu at its Chicago-Rosemont location. Renowned nationwide for exquisite seafood, prime steaks, and impeccable service, Truluck’s Rosemont is delighted to bring Chicagoland diners a fresh take on their iconic classics with the TRU Fare menu.
Truluck’s TRU Fare menu offers a curated collection of entrées at an expanded price range, ensuring accessibility without compromise and the level of sophistication diners expect from Truluck’s. The new menu will feature a variety of delicious entrées, ranging from $26 to $42, providing options that meet our diners needs, whether it’s casual weekday dinner or special occasion celebration.

Pappardelle Bolognese
The TRU Fare menu introduces new dishes including Heritage Pork Milanese, a breaded pork loin cooked until golden brown and served with rosemary mashed potatoes, an arugula giardiniera salad and limoncello aioli, as well as Filet Mignon Medallions, three filet medallions cooked to order, served with parmesan mashed potatoes and glazed baby carrots.
Pasta additions include Jumbo Shrimp Scampi, jumbo marinated shrimp tossed in white linguini pasta, garlic butter, basil, tomato and garlic, along with Pappardelle Bolognese, pappardelle pasta tossed with seared mushrooms and mushroom ragu, topped with vegan ricotta and basil.

For those looking to elevate their experience, our signature offerings such as Filet Mignon, Miso-Glazed Seabass, Blue Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tails, and Fresh Florida Stone Crab remain front and center, ready to impress.
