The Texas Tenors, Seen on NBC's "America's Got Talent: The Champions Live," at the MAC Nov. 21

The Emmy Award-winners The Texas Tenors, the most successful music group and third-highest selling artist in the history of NBC’s “America's Got Talent” return to perform live on the McAninch Arts Center’s Belushi Performance Hall Stage 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21.  Fans of the trio will also have the option of viewing a live stream of the evening’s concert. In addition to their appearances on “America’s Got Talent,” The Texas Tenors – Marcus Collins, John Hagen and JC Fisher – have performed more than 1,500 concerts throughout 20 countries. with some of the most prestigious symphonies including the Cleveland Pops, Pittsburgh Symphony and The Boston Pops.  In 2019, they were honored to be a part of “AGT: The Champions,” NBC’s all-star reality hit.

The Texas Tenors were honored as Billboard Magazine's #10 Classical Artist in the World for 2019, and the first of their two PBS specials “You Should Dream,” won three Emmy Awards. Their second special, “Rise,” premiered in September 2017 and was released in conjunction with their studio album of the same name, which peaked at #1 on the U.S. Classical charts and No. 22 overall. This album was followed by "A Collection of Broadway and American Classics," which debuted in August 2018 at #1 on the Billboard Classical Chart.

The Nov. 21 concert will feature selections from their latest #1 album, “Outside The Lines,” an eclectic mix of music ranging from Country to Rock Opera, plus fan favorites.

The McAninch Arts Center presents The Texas Tenors in concert 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21. Tickets for The Texas Tenors are $65-$55; Gold Circle $75. There is also the option to purchase a ticket for a livestream of the Sunday, Nov. 21 performance for $50. The Texas Tenors appearance at the MAC is supported by the Arts Midwest Touring Fund, a program of Arts Midwest that is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional contributions from the State of Illinois and the Crane Group.

MAC COVID-19 Protocols

Following the CDC, state and local health department guidelines, the MAC has adopted the following policies:
• Masks that cover both the nose and mouth are required for everyone over the age of 2.
• If a patron is not feeling well, has a fever, has been exposed to anyone symptomatic for COVID-19, or has recently been tested and waiting results, they are requested to postpone their visit for another day and contact the Box Office to reschedule or request a refund.

McAninch Arts Center (MAC) at College of DuPage is located 25 miles west of Chicago near I-88 and I-355 at 425 Fawell Blvd. It houses three indoor performance spaces (the 780-seat proscenium Belushi Performance Hall; the 236-seat soft-thrust Playhouse Theatre; and the versatile black box Studio Theatre), an outdoor venue, the Lakeside Pavilion, plus the Cleve Carney Museum of Art and classrooms for the college’s academic programming.
