
Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab is kicking off summer with its Summer of ’92 menu, arrived this month at Truluck’s Rosemont. Renowned nationwide for exquisite seafood, prime steaks, and impeccable service, Truluck’s is delighted to bring diners from Chicagoland the Summer of ’92 prix fixe menu, a vibrant celebration of the season’s freshest flavors.
The Summer of ’92 offering includes a 3-course, prix fixe menu, available daily for $59, providing diners a curated seasonal menu, with options and upgrades available for each course.
For the first course, diners can select from eight menu options, with standouts of Little Gem Caesar Salad and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, or available for upgrade, the Burrata Salad, featuring fresh strawberries, summer tomatoes and basil-infused olive oil.
Following the starters, guests will choose from seven entrée options, including Petit Scallop & Shrimp Sauté, a 6-oz Filet Mignon or Pappardelle Bolognese. Added indulgences include Truffle-King Crab Butter, Panko-Crusted Oysters and Crispy Tempura Lobster Tail, among others.
On Sundays, Truluck’s invites diners to join them for a special Sunday tradition with the addition of an exceptionally crafted 14-oz Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, featuring shallot-rosemary au jus and classic style baked potato.
And finally, diners can select a sweet treat to complete their meal, including Petit Carrot Cake, Petit Chocolate Malt Cake, Petit Key Lime Pie or the seasonal Peaches & Cream Bread Pudding, featuring vanilla bean ice cream and peach bourbon caramel sauce.
Also this summer, diners are invited to delight in a seasonal selection of sophisticated sips, including the Martini Tesoro, highlighting Truluck’s single-barrel El Tesoro Reposado and an herbal complexity with subtle oak notes, The Single Barrel Manhattan, spotlighting Truluck’s Reserve Elijah Craig Single Barrel Bourbon with hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit, the Bon-Ton Martini, featuring Monkey 47 gin and elderflower liquor, and finally, The Dinner Martini, highlighting Chopin Family Reserve vodka, paired with a lemon twist, traditional or blue cheese olives.
Quintessential Truluck’s menu items will still be available to diners all summer long. Fan favorites such as Fresh Stone Crab Claws, Miso-Glazed Sea Bass, Prime King Crab and Truluck’s world-class Carrot Cake as well as the robust bar menu remain permanent fixtures.
