The Munster Police Department welcomes its newest officer, Officer Jet Balenia, who was sworn in by Munster-Clerk Treasurer Wendy Mis on February 7th at the Munster Town Hall.
Officer Balenia was one of the original members of Munster’s Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS) Program and served our town in that regard until he became a police officer in a neighboring county. He then transferred to our police department this month.
