Lightfoot are pleased to announce the return of the Upside Down Parade to kick off Chicago Halloweek 2022 and the Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade, which will serve as the Grand Finale for Chicago Halloweek 2022. Both events are free, family-friendly and open to the public.
