Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a fatal off-road vehicle (ORV) accident that occurred yesterday (8/15/2020).

Indiana Conservation Officers have identified those involved in Saturday night’s incident at Paynetown State Recreation Area at Monroe Lake. They are Estella Huerta (67), Alejandro Hernandez-Huerta (31), and an adolescent juvenile, all of Lawrence, Indiana.

JASPER COUNTY- On August, 15th of 2020 at approximately 12:00 a.m., the Indiana State Police Regional Dispatch Center received a 911 call regarding a multi-vehicle rollover crash on I-65 southbound near the 211.5 mile-marker. 

Warren County – Yesterday, August 14th, just after 6:00PM, while stationary on US 41 near CR 300N, Trooper Tyler Turchi observed a vehicle traveling southbound at a high rate of speed. Trooper Turchi was able to check the speed of the vehicle on RADAR, exceeding the posted speed limit of 60 MPH.
