With the recent temperature drops across the state, Indiana Conservation Officers are advising Hoosiers across the state of the potential hazards of being on frozen lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams.

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is in the process of updating our Planning Public Involvement Plan (PPIP). Public participation or involvement in transportation decision making is an integral component of INDOT planning process.

A Bishop Noll sophomore found a modern way to express her passion for an ancient practice by designing a 3D printed zodiac sign chart. Nyree Ruiz is a member of the school’s Workshop Club, which began last fall and meets in the new STREAM Lab. Ruiz began working on the chart in September by drawing her vision on paper.

(Stroh, Ind.) Indiana Conservation Officers responded yesterday to a report of three fishermen who had fallen through the ice on Big Turkey Lake in Steuben County.

Governor Eric J. Holcomb offered the following statement.

“It’s both saddening and sickening to watch a mob devolve into thinking their rules would ever replace the rule of law. I unequivocally condemn the violence at the U.S. Capitol that we are now witnessing.  Passion, patriotism and love for our nation should always and only be expressed in constructive ways that seek to honor the ideals on which our nation was founded. Any means of violence runs counter to who we are and is never acceptable.”
