When the river turns green and Chicagoans flock downtown, a growing number of revelers are expected to make their way to the city’s newest St. Patrick’s Day tradition – Offshore Rooftop’s Stay Gold St. Paddy’s Party.
Drawing more than 700 party-goers to the world’s largest rooftop last March, this year’s 2nd annual event is slated for 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 15. The blow-out party will celebrate Chicago’s favorite holiday with live DJ entertainment from Beatmix Music, an interactive photobooth from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., colorful activities including a St. Paddy’s Temporary Tattoo Station and unbeatable views of the Chicago skyline. Drinks and bites will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Space is limited, interested visitors are encouraged to get their tickets early. Tickets are $20 and can be found at Stay Gold St. Paddy’s Party. Please be advised, this event is 21-plus.
Offshore will also be one of six popular Navy Pier restaurant-bars participating in the Pier’s inaugural Shamrockin’ at the Pier pub crawl on Saturday, March 15. Billed as the ultimate, climate-controlled, St. Patrick’s-themed bar crawl, Shamrockin’ at the Pier will take place from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are available at Shamrockin' at the Pier.
