May 31, 1922 Isamu Noguchi graduates from LaPort High School. While collaborating with the Herman Miller company in 1947, Noguchi created the iconic Noguchi Table. The table is still in production today.
June 1, 1931 While attending The National Governor's Conference in French Lick, Franklin D. Roosevelt announced his desire to run for President of the United States.
