Local NWI Non-profit HealthVisions Midwest would like to invite you and your organizations to attend our Lake County Health Equity Coalition Kick-off!
The Kickoff will be hosted at 111 E old Ridge Road in Hobart Indiana at the Festival Park Community Center on Wednesday January 15th , 2025 from 9am -1pm.
We will provide light refreshments for breakfast , and lunch will be catered for all attendees. We will have a featured Guest speaker Dr. Gina Forrest of Aspire Indiana Health who will present focusing on intercultural perspectives.
