Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) will host a curator gallery talk for its newest art exhibition, Healers and Dreamers, on Saturday, November 9 at 11:30 AM (Central).

The public is invited to join LCA's curator, Whitney Bradshaw, as she takes you through the art pieces of the Healers and Dreamers exhibition. Learn about the artists, their artwork, inspiration and process. You can ask questions and join in on the discussion. An interpreter will be at LCA to sign the tour in American Sign Language.

The artists in Healers and Dreamers have a shared interest in community care and healing practices. They combine their role as artists with that of therapists, healers, shamans, activists and oracles. Their work emphasizes the importance of care, rest, dreamtime, meditation, connection, grieving and repairing as critical components to healing, resistance and liberation. The exhibit will be on display until February 15, 2025.
