The public is invited to sign up for a virtual BYOB (Build Your Own Body) Workout at 12:00 p.m. CST followed by a Small Business MBE/WBE Certification Boot Camp hosted by the Chicago Urban League at 2:00 p.m. Closing out the virtual lineup is "Ask the Doctors: COVID-19 Edition" at 6:00 p.m. The conversation will focus on health and wellness in the African American community during the Coronavirus pandemic.
