This summer, Northwest Indiana Clean Air is starting a bicycle safety and air quality education initiative, Project Lightning Bug! The project entails giving away 3,000 FREE bike lights and handing out air quality education materials at public events such as night rides, safety villages, bike rodeos, and the like.

In June, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) began mailing new, more secure cards to Medicare beneficiaries in Indiana. Beneficiaries do not need to do anything to get new cards, and they are being mailed at no cost to the recipient. If you receive Medicare, your benefits will not change with your new card.

This photographic exhibition portrays the realities facing refugees as they arrived in Greece at the height of the Greek Refugee Crisis.
