North American Pizza & Culinary Academy’s Kids Spring Break Camp

Are you taking a stay-cation this spring break? KIDS CLASSES ARE BACK! Hang out with us at NAPCA where kids (recommended ages 12-17) will learn a new skill in cooking and baking every day! In this two-day camp, Chef Renee will teach recipe reading, basic kitchen sanitation. knife skills, tools for the job, time management, baking and cooking, and seasoning and balancing flavors. Menu items that will be cooked and baked include Chicken Pot Pie, Italian Mixed Salad with Homemade Croutons and Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette and Lemon Ricotta Cookies on day one; and Taco Salad with Homemade Tortilla Chips and Pico de Gallo and Cinnamon Sugar Chips on day two.
