Sunday, March 24, 10 a.m., Fresh Cheese and Dairy Workshop ($55) You don’t have to quit your day job to be a weekend warrior cheesemonger! Fresh cheese is as rewarding as it is delicious, and it’s a wonderful one-day project. Chef Renee will discuss sourcing milk, tools of the trade and the ingredients needed to make fresh cow milk mozzarella (including handmade curd), fresh ricotta, paneer, and homemade quick-churned butter. You’ll never want to use grocery store-bought again!
