Menu for Fourth Occurrence of Bistro Campagne’s Monthly Series “At The Bar” Released

Taking place the last Thursday of each month at 6 and 8 p.m., Bistro Campagne hosts 12 dinners at two separate seatings, at the bar, and features a three-course menu and cocktails inspired by France's influence on foods and culture from around the world. Chef Creagan, Uribe and General Manager Todd Feinberg will be on hand to share details of each course and the cocktails throughout the meal. These dishes and cocktails are available only during Chef’s Dinner at The Bar and do not appear on Bistro Campagne's regular menu.

The Thursday, June 28 dinner features a Mediterranean inspired menu:

A Surprise Amuse Bouche

First Course
"Date Meatballs:" Black Mission Fig-Tomato Beurre Blanc, Pain fait khobz maison a la farine and Harissa

Second Course
Duck Confit and Rohan Duck Breast Tagine with preserved lemon, castelvetrano olives, crispy maitake mushrooms, candied ginger couscous and chervil tabbouleh

Third Course
Baklava cheesecake with white chocolate truffles, hazelnut-vanilla bean toffee and an orange-flower crème chantilly

There are no substitutions to the Chef’s Dinner at The Bar menu. Seatings begin promptly at 6 and 8 p.m. Late seating is at the discretion of the management.
