Chicago Fire Close Three-Game Road Trip with 2-2 Draw Against LA Galaxy

CARSON, Calif.(May 6, 2017) – The Chicago Fire earned a point on the road on Saturday night at StubHub Center in a 2-2 draw with the LA Galaxy. First half goals from David Accam and Nemanja Nikolic were ultimately matched by strikes from LA’s Daniel Steres and Giovani dos Santos over the game’s final 45 minutes.

Chicago Fire Close Homestand with 3-0 Win Over New England Revolution

The Chicago Fire received a goal at the stroke of halftime from Bastian Schweinsteiger and saw striker Nemanja Nikolic net a second-half brace en route to a 3-0 win over the New England Revolution Saturday at Toyota Park. The win marked the second in a row for the Men In Red and moved the Fire (3-1-2, 11 points) into second place in the Eastern Conference.

Chicago Fire and CSN Chicago Expand Regional Broadcast Plan

The Chicago Fire Soccer Club and CSN Chicago announced Thursday expanded regional broadcasting plans for the Fire's 2017 MLS campaign, including 29 Major League Soccer fixtures (four with Spanish-language simulcasts), 36 episodes of Fire Weekly, presented by The PrivateBank, and four behind-the-scenes Fire All-Access programs. Coverage of Fire matches this season begins with the season opener against Columbus Crew SC at MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, March 4 at 1 p.m. CT on CSN. All telecasts will begin with a 30-minute live pre-game show.

Chicago Fire Announce Kickoff Times for Matches Against Canadian Clubs

The Chicago Fire announced kickoff times for six additional 2017 MLS regular season games today as the club continues to prepare for its historic 20th campaign. The Fire also announced a change to the start time for their April 8 home game against the Columbus Crew. That match will now begin at 3 p.m. CT at Toyota Park.

The following week the Men in Red host Opening Day at Toyota Park when they welcome Real Salt Lake on Saturday, March 11 at 1 p.m. CT.
