Edge Adventures Deep River Aerial Park is announcing several schedule changes. The park will be open during regular hours daily except Tuesday through August 13th. From August 18th through September 30th, the park will be open during regular hours on Saturdays and Sundays. During October, the park will also be open on Fridays from 4:00-8:00 pm for a night climb. Lights will be added to the course, and every climber will be issued a head lamp. The park will close for the season on November 4th.

Mayor Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events have designated 2018 as the Year of Creative Youth – a citywide celebration of Chicago’s young artists and the mentors who inspire them. Presented by Allstate Insurance Company, the Year of Creative Youth showcase event will be at the city’s first Creative Youth Festival on Saturday, September 22 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with dozens of free cultural events across the Millennium Park Campus including at Millennium Park (201 E.
